I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the convergence of self-care and #metoo feminism. It seems like self-care is needed more than ever in our fragile, conflicted world.
Perhaps most especially in this era where women are speaking out,
and mobilizing. In fact, I’d say speaking out is a primary act of
self-care, perhaps even in small ways.

I share my own experiences about coming out as a lesbian after a 25 year marriage to a man, and what finally promoted me to do that. I also have a lovely, healing meditation at the end of the episode that helps you let go of whatever you’ve been carrying for far too long.
