Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women

I begin this show by sharing an essay I wrote about coming to terms with my difficult mother after a particularly important dream. And then I go on to do the bulk of this show all about journaling… why, where, how to do it, how to keep it private, when, etc.

Did you know journaling is like your secret superpower? You can truly find answers to worries, pressures, challenges and questions… just by writing it out. Maybe it’s longhand in a notebook, or digitally on your phone or laptop. Whatever form it takes, know that a bit of simple journaling can really heal what’s missing or broken.

I share advice on how to fit this into your busy life as well. Because you DO deserve to return to you!
