Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women

Mar 16, 2021

Balance. Sounds like the untouchable ideal, right? But it’s not, friend. Instead, it can easily be the new norm. If you’re willing to pony up and make some changes in how you live.

That’s the topic of this week’s show. But first I start with a reflection on a three-year period in which I traveled around, effectively without a house or apartment of my own. It was a period of real and substantial growth—I learned so much about freedom, my values and what really counts in this life.

Then I go on to share ideas about how YOU can pull in the jagged pieces and create a smooth, easy, far more balanced life. That’s no matter HOW crazy busy you are! You’ll learn:

  • Four questions to ask yourself that will guide you back to serenity
  • A 15-minute exercise you can do today that will get the ball rolling
  • Some mindsets that keep us stuck where we are, not moving forward
  • A whole lot of good hacks for just how to make this balance thing work!

I do hope you find this one useful.

Sent with love,
