Did you know you deserve support? That’s the focus of today’s show. In it, I share with you first some of my best solutions for getting grounded. And staying grounded. These are my best sure-fire tips for managing stress and helping you get back to solid earth again in your heart and soul.

There’s lots out there on why you need support—but did you know that you can ask for support, often even from strangers, and get it? I share several really powerful ideas that I’ve found extremely effective.

Ideas include:

  • Understanding why we don’t think we ‘deserve’ support
  • Checking in with yourself on just what support you need (the fun part!)
  • Knowing whom and how to ask
  • Perfecting the ask
  • Exploring various support groups that can truly be there for you
