Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women

Aug 18, 2020

It’s that time of year again, when I remember my late daughter Teal whose death reminds me all that is great about living. Sound counter-intuitive? That’s because Teal was a very unusual person. She knew more about joy and happiness, than most anyone you’ll meet. And I continue to learn from her.

I begin this show by reading an essay I wrote, Tapping Into the Joy of Life (in memory of Teal), in which I share that intrinsic joy she had. Then we move on to talk about ‘super charging’ your life with a woman who knows just how to do this.

Dr. Judy Ho is a triple board certified expert in all aspects of neuro biology … AND a pretty awesome TV personality as well. She spilled the goods on the following:

  • Why multi-tasking just brings you down
  • Neurobiology for soothing business minds at work
  • Productivity hacks for stressed out days
  • Why the Pomodoro Technique is so important (see more below)
  • Procrastination and how it leads to stress
  • Household stress relievers you might not expect
  • What’s up with worrying at night …

Plus so much more … as usual!

So very glad you’re here!
