It’s that time of year again, when I remember my late daughter Teal whose death reminds me all that is great about living. Sound counter-intuitive? That’s because Teal was a very unusual person. She knew more about joy and happiness, than most anyone you’ll meet. And I continue to learn from her.
I begin this show by reading an essay I wrote, Tapping Into the Joy of Life (in memory of Teal), in which I share that intrinsic joy she had. Then we move on to talk about ‘super charging’ your life with a woman who knows just how to do this.
