This week’s theme is all about anger. Because let’s face it … sooner or later, we’re going to have to blow. I begin by reading Chapter 17 from my new book, The Extremely Busy Woman’s Guide to Self-Care. Appropriately, it’s called ‘The Joy (and Relief) of Getting Mad Responsibly.’
Then I turn to the professionals for some good advice.
In this frank, funny, honest interview Carla Naumburg, author of How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t With Your Kids, lays it all out. Because sometimes you DO indeed have to lose it at the grocery store.
It’s a feisty and furious episode with some darn good self-care packed inside.Enjoy (responsibly!)
