Today’s show is all about tuning in to the fountain of gold that is your inner wisdom. I begin this show with a chapter from The Extremely Busy Woman’s Guide to Self-Care. It’s called Why Self-Care Is Not Ultimately About Time Management.
See, that tight schedule you keep fighting against? It’s actually more flexible than it may appear. But you have to be willing to make the changes necessary to free up some time. Sound impossible? It’s not … tune in to learn more.
As for the main chunk of our show…
It’s old news that there is a powerful body-mind connection, of course. But my late daughter Teal’s take on it is special I think. So I spend a fair amount of time on this podcast talking about her ideas on what the body tells us about our minds. There’s some very real wisdom here.
As ever I look forward to your ideas as well. Feel free to drop me a note at Suzanne AT Suzannefalter.com if you want to make a comment about this podcast.
Take care … and don’t forget to take good care!
