I don’t know about you, but I’m a WAY restless meditator. So, this week I start the show by sharing a practical list of ways you can overcome that restlessness… and just settle down and chill out.
And for the main part of the show, here’s something special. I’ve shared a brand-new episode of the podcast I do with Debi Granger, called Back to Happy.
When my daughter Teal died, her heart and kidney saved Debi’s daughter’s life. And so we became fast friends. Here, as usual, we have a conversation about how to be around others who are different, and who think differently.
Just because I feel one way and you feel another…must we argue or even dislike each other? Hell no! We’re both advocates for all of us learning how to simply get along with each other. Especially now.

WHO ARE THEY?
Debi Granger is a true survivor. After nursed two of her children through life-or death experiences, she lost her home in Paradise, California after the worst wildfire in state history. She’s also a working single mom with a disability. Yet, she remains a happy optimist, here to spread joy. She is a retired Dental Assistant with Expanded Function, and lives in the foothills of the Sierras with her fiancé, Chuck.
